• Manage a portfolio and ensure collections are handled efficiently.
• Conduct outbound calls and negotiate payment.
• Maintain accurate records of all communications and collection efforts.
• Meet or exceed daily and monthly collection targets.
• Ensure professionalism and compliance with company policies during all interactions
   

• Sales or Customer Service experience 
• Fluent English speakers is a MUST.
• Graduates, Gap Year & Students with no attendance.
• Egyptian Only.
