We are looking for a data-driven, creative, and strategic Digital Marketing Manager with 3–5 years of experience in B2B digital marketing, preferably in the tech, SaaS, or managed services sector.

You’ll lead all digital marketing activities — from strategy to execution — across channels including paid media, SEO, content, CRM, and performance tracking. Your goal: increase brand visibility, drive qualified leads, and support our US-based sales efforts.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and execute a results-focused digital marketing strategy aligned with lead generation and brand growth goals.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry benchmarks to continuously improve performance.
  • Oversee the digital marketing budget and allocate ad spend for maximum ROI.

SEO & Paid Media

  • Lead SEO strategies to improve organic visibility across key services (e.g., managed IT, cybersecurity, cloud migration).
  • Launch and manage paid media campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, and other channels.
  • Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and performance A/B testing to improve traffic quality and conversions.

Content Marketing & Website Optimization

  • Manage creation and publishing of high-impact content (blogs, landing pages, email, case studies) to educate and convert leads.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to translate IT solutions into simple, value-driven messaging.
  • Optimize and maintain the website for UX, performance, and conversion rates using SEO and analytics tools.

Social Media Management

  • Build and manage brand presence across LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.
  • Run organic and paid campaigns to drive traffic and awareness.
  • Engage with followers and respond to inquiries professionally.

Lead Generation & CRM Integration

  • Implement lead generation funnels through SEO, SEM, paid ads, email, and retargeting.
  • Manage CRM workflows (HubSpot or equivalent) to track leads, automate nurturing, and optimize sales handover.
  • Create email marketing campaigns and nurture sequences based on buyer journeys.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Use tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager to track performance.
  • Report on KPIs such as traffic, lead volume, CPC, CPA, CTR, conversion rate, and ROI.
  • Make data-driven decisions to refine strategies in real time.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or MIS from a reputable Egyptian university. MBA or digital marketing certification is a plus.
  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, preferably in B2B tech, SaaS, or managed services.
  • Deep understanding of SEO, PPC, content marketing, CRM tools, and performance analytics.
  • Experience running campaigns for US, UK, or global English-speaking audiences.
  • Proven ability to manage cross-channel paid campaigns and drive measurable results.
  • Excellent written and spoken English is a must.

 Preferred:

  • Certifications in Google Ads, HubSpot, or Meta Blueprint.
  • Familiarity with automation tools like Zapier, HubSpot workflows, or CRM-based lead flows.
  • Experience working with remote or cross-border teams.
