As we expand our digital footprint, we're looking for a talented Odoo Developer to join our team and play a key role in building and customizing our ERP system to meet our operational needs.

What You’ll Do:

• Design, develop, and deploy custom Odoo modules tailored to our unique business processes.
• Customize and extend existing Odoo applications (Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, Projects, etc.).
• Work closely with the business and technical teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Integrate third-party applications and APIs where needed.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in existing systems.
• Participate in planning, code reviews, and testing.

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Odoo development.
• Strong Python programming skills.
• Experience in developing custom Odoo modules from scratch.
• Familiarity with Odoo’s MVC architecture and ORM framework.
• Understanding of PostgreSQL and Odoo database structures.
• Prior experience in the contracting or construction field is highly preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to build and integrate web apps or pages with Odoo.
