Joya Digital is a fast-growing digital marketing agency offering a full marketing stack of services, including Paid Media, SEO, Content Marketing, and Full-Funnel Growth Strategies. We partner with businesses across tech, e-commerce, healthcare, and mobile apps to drive growth and maximize ROI.

We are expanding our Sales Team and looking for a results-driven Outbound Sales Representative to generate new business opportunities and help scale our agency’s client base.

This is a full-time, on-site role. You must work from our Cairo office five days a week, Monday to Friday, from 2 PM to 11 PM.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Outbound Sales Calls: Make 100 cold calls per day to introduce Joya Digital’s full marketing stack services, including Paid Media, SEO, Content Marketing, and Full-Funnel Growth Strategies.

•Email & LinkedIn Outreach: Send 50+ targeted emails & messages daily to engage prospects and generate interest in our comprehensive marketing solutions.

•Lead Generation & Qualification: Identify, nurture, and qualify potential leads, ensuring a steady pipeline of high-value prospects.

• Meeting Scheduling: Secure at least 10 qualified sales meetings per month for the Business Development team.

•CRM Management: Keep detailed records of calls, emails, and prospect interactions in the CRM system.

•Sales Strategy & Training: Participate in daily sales meetings to refine strategies, improve outreach techniques, and boost performance.

Who You Are:

• Sales-Driven Professional: You have 3+ years of experience in digital marketing sales or outbound B2B sales.

• Marketing Strategy Knowledge: Strong understanding of Paid Media (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads), SEO, Content Marketing, and Full-Funnel Growth Strategies.

• Fluent in English: You can confidently engage international clients, pitch services, and close deals in native-level English.

• Resilient & Goal-Oriented: You thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and are motivated by hitting and exceeding quotas.

• North American & European Market Experience: Comfortable working a 3 PM – 12 AM Cairo Time schedule to align with U.S. and European clients.

• Persuasive Communicator: Ability to handle objections, negotiate effectively, and build rapport with potential clients.
